Thanks to the proximity of the sea and the ever-present wind in the area, you can sleep peacefully with the windows open, thanks to the presence of mosquito nets (in any case, the house is equipped with fans). All this makes this place the ideal destination for a holiday in complete relaxation.

The house is located in Contrada Spissi, in one of the wildest areas of the island, near the Villaggio Approdo di Ulisse, in a quiet and silent area, excellent for those seeking maximum relaxation on holiday. It is a few hundred meters from the beautiful Cala Rotonda and the other hidden coves between Cala Grande and Punta Sottile and from Cala Pozzo to Punta dei Faraglioni, ideal for walking or cycling, admiring the sunset during an aperitif in the many kiosks in the area.

About 200 meters away there is the bus stop, a service always active in the summer that covers the entire island; in any case, given the distance from the center, it is advisable to rent a scooter, electric bike or car that you can easily rent in the numerous rentals that you find in town at a discounted price (notify when booking).
